1. Agreement

By downloading or using Money Compass (“the App”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App is (and is not)

Money Compass is an educational / coaching tool that helps you practise lender-visible money habits.

It is not:

• Regulated mortgage or financial advice
• A guarantee of mortgage approval, product pricing, or lender outcomes
• An FCA-authorised intermediary (your partner firm remains responsible for regulated advice)

You remain responsible for decisions you make with any professional adviser.

3. Eligibility and account / device responsibility

• You must be legally able to enter this agreement in England & Wales (or your place of use, if different).
• The App is primarily device-local. Protect your device, passcode, and any recovery handle.
• Loss of the device without a recovery path may mean loss of local vault data — we cannot reconstruct raw statements from TFCH servers because they are not stored there by design.

4. Partner invite and incubation

Access may be gated by a Partner QR / invite. During incubation, the product is designed to keep you working with the originating partner relationship. Misusing invites, spoofing attribution, or attempting to bypass safety holds is prohibited (see Acceptable Use).

5. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use policy:

We may suspend access for abuse, fraud risk, or safety holds.

6. Intellectual property

Money Compass, Monet, Match Code formats, and related branding/IP belong to TFCH or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, lawful purposes. You do not acquire ownership of the software, models, or content templates.

7. Beta software

During beta periods the App is provided as-is. Features may change. We aim for reliability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Fees (consumers)

The consumer App is free for end users in the current model. How TFCH earns from partners is described at:

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• TFCH is not liable for lender decisions, broker advice, or outcomes of financial products
• TFCH is not liable for data loss on your device outside our reasonable control
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including death/personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud)

10. Third-party services

The App or site may link to partners, helplines, or vendors. Those parties have their own terms. TFCH is not responsible for their content or processing except as required by law or as separately disclosed.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version date on this page is authoritative. Material changes will be reflected on the site and, where appropriate, noted in-app.
